We always hope you are going to absolutely love your purchase, but sometimes items need to be returned if something's not right. Our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days of purchase, as long as the items are in the same condition as purchased.

For returns, you must first inform us of your intent to return an order to returns@florablack.uk and let us know why you are returning your item(s).
Please make sure to include your order number at the top of the address on the package e.g. :#'Your Order Number' (eg. #FBS_No-00349).
Once we have seen and accepted your return request we will send you a confirmation email with a return instructions.
Please note items can only be refunded to the same payment method/card used to purchase.
Return postage is at your own cost. Please make sure the item is very well wrapped as we can’t give refunds on anything which is damaged upon reciept.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and the item, and send them to us as soon as possible: returns@florablackshop.uk

Can I return wallpapers?
Can I return wallpapers?
Unfortunately you can't return wallpapers as they have been printed to order.
The only exception to this is if the papers have been damaged in transit, which is fairly unlikely as they are packaged very carefully. If you have any questions you can contact us at hello@florablack.uk

Payments are refunded back to the original payment method/card used for the purchase.
