Had a change of heart?

We always hope you are going to absolutely love your purchase, but sometimes items need to be returned if something's not right. Our returns policy allows you to return items within 14 days of purchase, as long as items are in the same condition as purchased.

For returns please email returns@florablackshop.uk to arrange return.

  • Let Us Know

    Please inform us of your intent to return an order to returns@florablack.uk and we will supply you with a return address.

    Once you have received the acceptance email for your return request, you can prepare your item for delivery back to us.

  • How to Return

    Please make sure to include your order number at the top of the address on the package e.g. :
    #'Your Order Number' (eg. #FBS_No-00349)


    Please make sure items are very well wrapped as we can’t give refunds on anything which is damaged in delivery.
