Claire Durbridge-Sakoui
Claire started her career as a fashion stylist in the late 90's and worked as a fashion editor for fashion magazines such as Dazed & Confused, i-D, Self Service, Teen Vogue, Elle, and Tatler Magazine. Her fashion shoots are archived in Central Saint Martins editorial archives in London, where she fisrt studied for her degree in fashion communications.
Having made her mark in fashion, her career took a shift from styling the current fashion scene to the world of interior home styling when Claire and her husband started styling their own properties in London.
Her interiors soon became known for their bold and eclectic styles, which were photographed for a number of notable books and magazines whch brought about a very natural transition from fashion to interior design and retail, when she founded Flora Black.
Claire directs the Flora Black brand, designing her own range of wallpapers and homeware items, bringing us the little things that make a home beautiful.
